So here is my first MLB experience. It was definitely an eventful one. I got there early and the weather was perfect. By the middle of the 3rd inning, clouds rolled in and they cleared the upper deck due to high winds. By the end of the 3rd inning they stopped the game as it began to rain and lightning. Long story short, I snuck up to the upper deck with my fellow shooter Clay Scarborough while tornado sirens were sounding in the distance and fans were being funneled into the basement of the Ballpark. We shot up there for a while as it hailed on our heads. We decided that there was no possible way that they would continue to play baseball and Clay had classes in the morning. By the time we got half way home, we heard on the Radio that they would resume play at 11:20PM. Needless to say, we were shocked. So basically my first MLB game consisted of 3 innings of action, sneaking around a ballpark, and storm chasing on the way home. I never thought i would have MLB pictures and lightning shots on the same memory card, but it happened. Great experience. Hope to shoot more MLB games in the near future.
In joy, Enjoy.
